Nothing Gold Can Stay

by Robert Frost

Nature's first green is gold
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

  1. When each voki read, you could hear the saddness in the voice as the poem came to an end. All seemed to read the same way.

  12. It was interesting to hear all 4 poems. Even though their were "cutesie" avatar's the quietness of the poem still came through. There was definitely a sadness in all the voices.
